 The jewelry takes 1-3 days to make. The workshop is closed on weekends. So if you ordered on a Saturday, your purchase will be ready for delivery on Tuesday or Wednesday. This does not apply to purchases made via expedited shipping, which usually have priority and are shipped the day after the order is placed.

​The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.

In addition to the stated prices, the following shipping fee is charged for delivery per order:​

The flat-rate shipping costs include the statutory value-added tax.​

If express shipping or registered mail or handover with signature is required, please select this from the shipping options and please add it to your order as a note.

IMPORT DUTIES & DUTIES

Some countries outside the EU may impose import duties, levies and similar customs charges on imported goods. These costs are not included in payments to us. These costs, if any, are determined and collected by the customs authorities of the respective country. For more information, please contact your local customs authority.

It is generally delivered via the shipping route. Unfortunately, a self collection of the product is not possible.

The shipping time depends on the respective geographical distances, i.e. domestic / EU / overseas.​

In general, the dispatch takes place within 2-3 days after receipt of your order.
